The act of proper handwashing eliminates disease-spreading germs. Unilever Ghana on Global Handwashing Day celebration took its education to the Christ the King School in Accra, where pupils were taught how to wash their hands with soap and clean water to eliminate disease-spreading germs, to help prevent such diseases as diarrhea, cholera and common cold.
