The case was scheduled to be heard today, September 22, 2015 but when it was called, lawyers for the applicants withdrew it after request for adjournment was turned down by the request. Lawyer for Justice Paul Uuter Dery, one of 12 High Court judges captured on video allegedly taking bribes, brought the application last week.
